Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We do accept returns and exchanges. 
Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within 21 days of delivery

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders or digital downloads.

Do you accept cancellations?

We do not accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

How do I know how much yarn to purchase for a project?

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

Do you ship overseas?

We offer Standard shipping to New Zealand on orders less than 5kg. Contact us for quotes on larger orders or Express options.

How will my order be shipped?

We use Australia Post for all shipments. You will be notified of tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. Express Shipping within Australia is available at the Checkout.

Note: If Aust Post returns your order to us through no fault of our own, (incorrect address, you fail to collect from post office, etc) you will be required to pay shipping costs to have the order resent. A refund of the purchase will NOT be given.

How fast will my order be despatched? 

Orders placed before midnight Sunday-Thursday will be despatched the following day.

Is Express Post delivery available in all areas of Australia?

Express Post next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post delivery network.

Can I collect my order?

Yes you can. Pick up is available from Montmorency 3094. Enter COLLECT at checkout.

If you have any questions regarding collection please contact us. Once an order has been placed and shipping paid, it can't be changed to collect.
