By law we are not required to offer a refund due to incorrect selection or changing one's mind.

However we will happily replace items that are deemed faulty, or offer a store credit for return of an unused item in original condition if contacted within 7 days of delivery receipt.

All sale, customised and digital items are considered final and cannot be returned.

We do not accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

We offer standard shipping to New Zealand on orders less than 5kg. Contact us for quotes on larger orders or Express options.

We use Australia Post for all shipments. You will be notified of tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

An Express Post option up to 4kg is available at checkout.

Yes. We have a limit of 8kg per order.

Yarn - allow 1-2 working days to process.

Laser Cutting - allow 3-4 working days.

If you would like yarn earlier, please place two separate orders.

If you receive an error message stating 'Some items in your cart can't be shipped to the address you entered', it is likely your order is over our weight limit of 8kg.

Please contact us for a quote on the postage or alternatively place additional orders.
